Touchstone Launches ‘Distinctly Active’ Suite Of ETFs

Touchstone Investments enters the ETF game with the launch four active ETFs, sub-advised by Fort Washington Investment Advisors. Touchstone, well-known for its distinctly active approach to investing expands its line up of actively-managed mutual funds with DVND, SIO, LCF, and TUSI.

ETF structures allow investors to access Touchstone investment strategies in a more tax-efficient and transparent way. The Touchstone ETFs have the potential to provide impressive returns and act as an compliment to most portfolios. The ETFs seek to reduce risk relative to traditional broad-based indexes while capturing upside potential.

The Touchstone Dividend Select ETF (DVND) is a large-cap value ETF that invests primarily in a portfolio of dividend-paying, large-capitalization equities. The Fund invests in companies with sustainable competitive advantages that achieve reliable, growing dividends. The Fund seeks a high level of current income and capital appreciation. 

The Touchstone Strategic Income Opportunities ETF (SIO) is a multi-sector bond ETF. The Fund invests primarily in fixed income securities, seeking high levels of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests primarily in income producing securities, including corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, and preferred stocks. The Fund is diversified by sector and seeks low correlation to traditional asset classes.

The Touchstone US Large Cap Focused ETF (LCF) is a large-cap core ETF that strives for capital appreciation by investing in U.S. listed equity securities that have a market capitalization above $5 billion at their time of purchase. This Fund has an active, high conviction portfolio that typically holds 25-45 companies.

The Touchstone Ultra Short Income ETF (TUSI) is an ultrashort bond ETF that selects fixed income securities that are attractively priced in comparison to the market or to similar securities. The Fund seeks to preserve capital by investing primarily in these fixed income securities.
