Summary:

Established in 2016, Woodside is exclusively focused on value-add real estate opportunities in the office, industrial and retail sectors. Woodside invests in assets at 50% discounts to peak value and implements a strategy that works across market cycles with an emphasis on generating current yield and capital gains for its investors. WSO PE Fund III expects to generate net returns to investors of 15%. Recent events surrounding Covid-19 have disrupted the traditional office tenant market and created a unique opportunity for investors to capitalize on the significant market trends driving increased value in suburban office.
