Speakers:

Richard Beleutz is AIR Asset Management’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s strategic direction and driving growth. He is the Chair of the Executive Committee, Investment Committee, and a member of the Portfolio Committee. Mr. Beleutz has nearly 30 years of experience in various capacities in the investment industry. He has closed over $1B in transactions for companies and investment products, has extensive deal experience in private equity and investment banking, and has an operations background as a former principal of three hedge funds. Mr. Beleutz has a well-established track record in the life settlements space, which began in 2006 when he eventually launched his first life settlement hedge fund in conjunction with a life settlement brokerage business and a life expectancy company. He also has a background in life insurance and annuities that dates back to 1993, when he began his career as a financial advisor with Ameriprise. Mr. Beleutz is considered a thought leader in the alternative investment space and actively participates in industry interviews and conferences. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and holds Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 79 securities registrations.

Joe is responsible for ensuring Kerberos’ adherence to its core investment philosophies; communicating closely with clients on products and strategies; and overseeing operations. Previously, he was a nationally recognized attorney. He was named to the LawDragon 500 (the top 500 U.S. attorneys), repeatedly named a “Super Lawyer” and “Leading Lawyer” for litigation, class actions, & mass torts practice, was listed in America’s Top 100 Attorneys, and holds an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubble, the highest possible peer review rating. Joe is a frequent speaker at private credit and alternative investment conferences worldwide. Joe has also published academically, with featured papers and scholarship in the nation’s leading law reviews. He is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law.
