JV Events’ Don Friedman Outlines Unique “Allocators Only” Conference Business Model

Don Friedman, Founder and CEO of Joint Venture Events Group, recently spoke with Julie Cooling, Founder and CEO of RIA Channel, about what makes the Liquid Alternative Strategies Summit so unique. Friedman, the former COO of ETF.com and co-creator of Inside ETFs, founded JV Events to create an alternative business model to conferences that were failing to meet the specific needs of investors. The Liquid Alternative Strategies Summit does this by offering an “Allocators Only” event now in its fourth year. The summit’s unique model has no panels, and only presentations. The content hones in on strategy and portfolio construction from speakers who are top portfolio managers, product specialists and C-level executives. Allocators also have the ability to schedule one on one meetings with presenters, gaining valuable, specific insight into the strategies. JV Events is hosting two other uniquely developed summits coming up in October. ETF Strategy Summit takes place October 15 – 16, 2018 in Dallas, TX, and Digital Asset Strategies Summit follows on October 16 – 17, 2018 also in Dallas.
