Summary:

Now On Demand.

Given the COVID-19 pandemic and related market volatility, many investors who are understandably nervous about their financial situation are turning to their financial advisors for guidance. However, despite these uncertain times, we are inspired by the exceptional generosity of these individuals who are resolute in their support of COVID-19 relief efforts. We are all impacted by this tragic pandemic, and advisors are in a unique position to proactively engage with clients in a meaningful way to help them achieve maximum impact with their charitable giving during this challenging time.

Join us for a live webcast featuring Fred Kaynor, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Schwab Charitable, Pamela Cohen, Vice President of Philanthropy Services at First Foundation, and Hayden Adams, Director of Tax and Financial Planning at the Schwab Center for Financial Research for a robust discussion on resources and best practices to help you and your clients navigate the COVID-19 crisis and maximize their philanthropic impact of relief efforts:

  • Help your clients explore ways to provide local, national and international relief to those affected by COVID-19
  • Understand the CARES Act and how it may impact your philanthropic clients
  • Learn how one advisor is engaging with clients in an effective way to help maximize their support of COVID relief efforts and strengthen key relationships in the process
  • Reinforce how donor-advised funds provide a mechanism to help donors achieve maximum impact with both short- and long-term philanthropic goals
