Brandon Rakszawski Brandon Rakszawski VP, Director of Product Management VanEck

Brandon Rakszawski joined VanEck in 2011. He serves as VP of ETF Product Management. He oversees VanEck’s product development pipeline as well as product management of VanEck’s commodity, natural resources, alternative income, and strategic equity ETFs. In his role, Mr. Rakszawski develops and structures new products, maintains business oversight of existing ETFs and supports marketing strategy and public relations efforts.

Prior to joining VanEck, Mr. Rakszawski served as a senior associate with Federated Investors focused on product and marketing efforts across equity and fixed income strategies. He received a BS in Finance and Marketing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Lane Andrew Lane Director of Equity Research – Index Strategies Morningstar

Andrew Lane is the director of equity research, index strategies for Morningstar Research Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc. In this role, he focuses on design and marketing efforts for indexes that leverage data points produced by the Morningstar equity research team. Before joining Morningstar in 2013, Lane earned a Master of Business Administration, with a specialization in applied security analysis, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to business school, he spent three years at Harris Associates LP, working in the trading operations group. Lane also holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College, having majored in economics and history.
