Since the Global Financial Crisis, the market had been experiencing a low interest rate environment. Now, the market is seeing a new rising rate and high inflation environment. “Adding private investments to a traditional stock and bond portfolio tends to produce lower correlations, lower volatility, and higher returns, as seen historically,” says Roy.

Quarterly liquidity structures help democratize private market investments, thereby making them accessible to individual investors seeking liquidity and income.
