Tom O’Shea, CFA Director of Investment Strategy Innovator Capital Management

Tom O’Shea joined Innovator Capital Management in 2022 as the Director of Investment Strategy and is responsible for investment research and portfolio construction. Prior to joining Innovator, Tom was a Senior Consultant in EY’s Strategy and Transactions group. Tom spent the majority of his career at Northern Trust Asset Management as an Investment Strategist on the Global Asset Allocation team. Tom is a CFA charter holder, a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He expects to complete his Masters of Science in Analytics from Georgia Tech in the spring of 2024.

John Steiner Product Manager Innovator ETFs

John is a Product Manager at Innovator ETFs, where he serves as the product expert on a segment of the Innovator ETF lineup. In his role, John works to research and develop product specific strategies to help promote Innovator’s lineup of ETFs. John previously spent two years as a wholesaler at Innovator. John received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Spanish from Wheaton College in Illinois and is a Level III CFA candidate.
