We’ve worked with professional athletes, Hollywood entertainers, CEOs, and financial advisors, and we’ve identified a key factor in their success:

Their ability to master the balance between internal confidence and external credibility.

Please join Voya Global Consulting as we present Your Hidden SuperPowers of Confidence and Credibility and learn how these two factors can drive your personal and professional success.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Situational Confidence: Maximize your self-confidence using strategies that have worked for Beyonce, Kobe Bryant, and Winston Churchill.[1]
  • Building Your Value Proposition: How do you respond when someone asks you what you do for a living? Our three-step process will help you craft a powerful, confident answer that helps boost your credibility and increases your probability of success.
  • Verbal/Non-Verbal Communication & Influence: 85% of business success is a result of your communication skills—but only 7% of that is about what you actually say. [2] Learn why talking isn’t the same as communicating and how to improve your ability to influence others.
  • Human Behavior & Performance Psychology: Success starts with the right mindset—and we can help you develop it. Here, we discuss why fear can translate to credibility and optimism often leads to skepticism, plus how to best leverage these emotions with your clients.
