ADM Michael Rogers ADM Michael Rogers Former Director, NSA & Operating Partner Team8

Mike Rogers retired from the U.S. Navy in June 2018 after 37 years of naval service rising to the rank of four-star admiral. He culminated his career with a four-year tour as Commander, U.S. Cyber Command and Director, National Security Agency. Admiral Rogers is a graduate of Auburn University and also holds a Masters of Science in National Security. He is a distinguished graduate of the National War College and a graduate of highest distinction from the Naval War College. He is an MIT Seminar XXI fellow and a Harvard Senior Executive in National Security alum. During his service in uniform, ADM Rogers held positions afloat and ashore around the globe focusing on cyber, intelligence, maritime operations and national security. His joint service was extensive including duty with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and U.S. Indo Pacific Command. Admiral Rogers commanded at the unit, Fleet and service component levels in the Navy. He is currently supporting various companies in the private sector, speaking to business groups and working internationally in the cyber and national security arenas.
Aaron Dubin Aaron Dubin Director of Business Research Team8

Aaron Dubin is the Director of Business Research at Team8, where he is responsible for business research at the company and foundry level, in addition to targeted business development, and thought leadership. Previously, Aaron led early-stage strategic cyber investing in New York at Goldman Sachs’ Principal Strategic Investments (PSI) team. Prior to that, Aaron was an Investment Associate at Innovation Endeavors, Former Google Chairman Eric Schmidt’s private VC fund, in both Tel Aviv and New York, while also working as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell Tech in the MBA program. Aaron started his career as an Analyst at Pitango Venture Capital, Israel’s oldest and largest VC firm. Aaron holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the IDC Herzliya in Israel, where he graduated cum laude with dual-specializations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Aaron is also a graduate of two renowned international entrepreneurship programs, the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at IDC Herzliya, and the Pennsylvania Governor’s School for Global Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University. In his spare time, Aaron is an avid extreme sports enthusiast, and also volunteers with the Jewish Council for Public Affairs and the American Corporate Partners’ Military and Veteran Mentoring Program.
Kara Marciscano Kara Marciscano Associate WisdomTree Asset Management

Kara Marciscano joined WisdomTree in October 2018 as a Research Analyst. She supports the creation, maintenance, and reconstitution of our indexes and actively managed ETFs. Prior to joining WisdomTree, Kara was an Assistant Vice President in Equity Research at Barclays covering the insurance sector as well as Berkshire Hathaway. She began her career in the Finance department at Barclays after graduating from Boston College in 2014 with a B.S. in Finance and Operations Management. Kara is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
