Luke Oliver, Head of U.S. ETF Capital Markets for Deutsche X-trackers, is one of the founding members of the U.S. business, joining in 2009.
In this capacity Luke has been a prominent member of the team that manages 40 exchange traded products and $14bn in assets under DBX Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor. Mr. Oliver’s responsibilities have included portfolio management, product development and is now focused on running capital market liquidity for the growing U.S. business. Prior to joining the DBX business in 2009, Mr. Oliver worked in Deutsche Bank’s award winning Foreign Exchange business in both London and New York.
Mr. Michael “Mike” Cafiero serves as a Director of ETF Sales/Trading for Cantor Fitzgerald’s ETF Team providing high touch ETF trade execution services to institutions throughout North America. Mike’s focus is to help his clients choose an effective ETF trading strategy by making sure they are aware of all the nuances of the vast ETF landscape ultimately helping them achieve and understand a quality execution.
Mike joined Cantor Fitzgerald in September 2013 and previously was a Vice President of ETF Sales/Trading at Knight Capital Americas; now KCG. Mike’s career in ETFs began when he worked for iShares ETFs at Barclays Global Investors which later merged into Blackrock. Mike earned a BA in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Mr. Zraly is a member of the investment committee. He has over 15 years of experience as a financial services executive, including as a head trader, spanning diverse product lines and asset classes. Prior to joining 3EDGE, he was a Director for BNP Paribas where he served as the US Head of Fixed Income ETF Trading and iBoxx TRS Trading. During his time at BNP, Mr. Zraly developed technology to make markets, create/redeem and basis trade fixed income ETFs, hedging blocks of ETFs with corporates, sovereign bonds and CDX. Prior to BNP Paribas, he was a Director at Deutsche Bank Securities where he was the Head of ETF Trading North America and Co-Head of Program Trading North America. At Deutsche Bank, he managed all ETF business across asset classes in North America including High Touch Market Making, High Frequency Electronic Market Making, Seed Capital, and Risk Management.
Mr. Zraly has a MS in Computer Science from Pace University and a BS in Liberal Arts from Champlain College. He is a contributor to electronic and print media on ETFs and swap liquidity as well as a speaker at industry events and conferences.
Sean joined Deutsche Asset Management in 2013 with 26 years of industry experience. Prior to joining, Sean served as a Director in Alternative Investment Consulting at ProShares. Before, he was a Regional Sales Consultant for NBD, RIA, Family Offices, Foundations and Endowments at State Street Global Advisors. Prior to that, Sean held various positions at Merrill Lynch, Barclays Global Investors/iShares, Prudential Investments, Pilgrim Group, SunAmerica Securities and PML Securities. He started his career as a Sales Manager for low cost accident and health insurance at Combined Life Insurance. Sean has his AS in Business from Orange County College.
