Mr. Lambroza serves as Chief Investment Strategist and is a portfolio manager of the Vega, Global Partners and Global Event Driven Strategies. Prior to joining Advent in 2001, Mr. Lambroza was Head of Convertibles and Equity Derivatives at Société Générale. Previously he managed the convertible sales and trading departments at HSBC Securities and Bankers Trust. Mr. Lambroza began his career in the Convertible Securities Department at Merrill Lynch, where he spent nine years working with Advent’s Founder, Mr. Maitland. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Lambroza served as Vice President of Convertible Trading, Structured Equity Derivative Products and Asset Swaps. He is a graduate of Cornell University. |

Brian Steeves serves as a Portfolio Manager at Belle Haven Investments. He joined Belle Haven in 2008 and was named a Partner in 2013. Brian works directly with Matt Dalton as a co-portfolio manager of Belle Haven’s strategies. He is responsible for executing portfolio strategies, portfolio allocations, risk-management and the daily operations of the Investment Team. These efforts have helped Belle Haven’s SMA strategies earn recognition from Lipper and PSN Top Guns. Along with Matt Dalton, Brian has been named the top portfolio manager in the United States by Citywire for his management of the Transamerica IntermediateMunicipal mutual fund. His previous experience includes research at Rhino Asset Management and working with Futures on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brian graduated from Rutgers University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He was the recipient of the Gerald E. Duguay Memorial Award for Financial Economics and was also a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the Honor Society in Economics. Additionally, Brian played golf for the Rutgers University Varsity Golf Team and was named to the Big East Academic All-Star Team. Brian currently resides in LaGrangeville, New York. |
