A frequent guest columnist for Investment News and other national publications, Scott is the author of Personal Decision Points: 7 Steps to Your Ideal Retirement Transition (2016) and the co-author of Investment Advisor Marketing: A Pathway to Growing Your Firm and Building Your Brand (2013). Under Scott’s direction, through a combination of both organic expansion and acquisition, Allworth Financial has grown to over $9 billion in assets under administration. Over the past two years, Scott and his business partner have introduced Allworth into new markets in California, Colorado, Ohio and Michigan, and enhanced the company’s service offerings to now include tax planning and accounting. Pat has been named to Barron’s list of the Top 100 Independent Wealth Advisors in America five times and has been honored with Investment News’ Invest in Others award for his work as Chairman of the Board at the Sacramento Food Bank. Over the past several years, Pat and his business partner have introduced Allworth into new markets in California, Colorado, Ohio and Michigan, and enhanced the company’s service offerings to include tax planning and accounting. Ron Howard has more than 30 years of financial sector experience. Ron founded his own financial planning firm, Siena Wealth Management out of San Jose, CA. Ron’s practice grew to include 4 team members and served nearly 200 clients families, managing approximately $250M in assets before partnering with Allworth. |

Hugh B. Phillips is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Certified Fund Specialist®, and a Chartered Financial Consultant® with more than 30 years of advisory sector experience. Prior to joining Allworth, Hugh ran his own Hybrid RIA practice, HBP Retirement Group, managing nearly $250M in assets for clients in the Bay Area. A former college football player, the Napa, California resident holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from California State University, Hayward. |

Jeffrey A. Baumert is the Senior Vice President of Financial Services at Allworth Financial. Prior to joining Allworth Financial Jeff served as President and COO for RAA, a $2.8B RIA firm focused on providing financial guidance for the airline community. A commercial pilot with an active status, Jeff spent 27 years in the United States Marine Corps where he was an F/A-18 pilot, serving with distinction and retiring as a full colonel. Before joining the military, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science Engineering from Virginia Tech. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and now has more than 20-years of experience in the financial advisory sector. |
