Richard A. Brink is a Senior Vice President and Market Strategist in the Client Group. Previously, he served as a managing director in the Alternatives and Multi-Asset Group. Prior to that role, Brink was a senior portfolio manager in Fixed Income, and before that an investment director for fixed-income investments within the Global Retail Investments Group. Before joining AB in 2004, he was senior product manager at the Dreyfus Corporation, covering both retail and institutional fixed-income offerings. Brink was previously a senior trainer, dealing primarily with the design and delivery of product training to financial advisors and mutual fund sales representatives. He holds a BS in applied mathematics and economics from Stony Brook University, and is a CFA charterholder. |

Matthew Parron is a Vice President and Research Analyst on the AB Small and SMID Cap Growth Equities team. Prior to joining AB in 2024, he was a senior investment associate at Citadel LLC, where he covered the software sector since 2021. Prior to Citadel, Parron worked for J.P. Morgan, where he was an equity research associate on an Institutional Investor–ranked team covering software from 2019 to 2021, and an investment analyst providing investment strategies across multiple asset classes for clients in Latin America from 2017 to 2019. Parron holds a BS in finance and a BA in economics from Fairfield University. |

Pradeep Ramani is a Senior Vice President and Senior Research Analyst for US Growth Equities, responsible for covering the technology sector (specifically, semiconductors and semiconductor capital equipment). He joined the firm in 2022. Previously, Ramani was a director and research analyst at UBS, where he covered semiconductors, having started his sell-side career at Cowen. He spent 12 years in the semiconductor industry at Micron Technology, where he led chip designs, was a member of the Patent Committee and holds five US patents in emerging memory technology. Ramani was part of the M&A execution team at Micron that closed multiple private company acquisitions and worked on Intel-Micron joint venture negotiations. He holds a BE in electrical and electronics engineering from University of Madras, India, an MS in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA (Dean’s Honors) from Columbia Business School. |

Jim Russo is a Senior Vice President and Senior Research Analyst on the Strategic Core Equities investment team. Russo focuses his coverage on the technology sector, including the software, semiconductor, services and fintech industries. He has more than 20 years of experience investing in technology companies at firms, including Fidelity Investments, Voya Investment Management and TimesSquare Capital Management. Russo holds a BS in finance and economics from Boston College, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. |
