Lauren Thomas Lauren Thomas Product Manager Betterment for Advisors

Lauren (LT) Thomas is product manager for Betterment for Advisors, a leading digital-first wealth management platform. She is based in Atlanta, GA.

Lauren is responsible for managing the overall success of the product by delivering features that address advisors’ needs while fulfilling broader business objectives. She joined the B4A team in March 2021. Previously, she was a product manager at Marcus by Goldman Sachs where she covered credit card disputes on the Apple Card. Prior to that, she was a project manager in Goldman’s Human Capital Management division, focused on internal talent assessment processes and tooling.

Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.

Matt Murphy Matt Murphy Investing Researcher Betterment for Advisors

Matt works within Betterment’s investing team with a focus on developing the models used to inform our products and advice. With a background in risk management, Matt previously worked at Fidelity and received a B.S. in Quantitative Finance from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Thomas Moore Thomas Moore Head of Distribution Betterment for Advisors

Thomas Moore leads the Betterment for Advisors distribution team working with wealth management firms across the country to implement streamlined technology and low cost investment solutions. Prior to this role, he spent his career working with financial advisors as a business development lead for firms such as Vanguard and Affiliated Managers Group.

Thomas graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Finance and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
