Matthew holds a BS in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Matthew is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder and has passed the Uniform CPA Examination.

Sean McMahon is Portfolio Manager for Kennedy Capital Management (KCM)’s Micro Cap and Micro Cap Opportunities strategies and Assistant Portfolio Manager for the Extended Small Cap strategy. Sean joined KCM in 2005 after gaining experience in equity analysis through his internship at KCM. Mr. McMahon earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and an M.B.A. from Washington University.

Donald Cobin, CFA Donald Cobin, CFA President, Chief Executive Officer, Portfolio Manager Kennedy Capital Management

Donald Cobin, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Portfolio Manager, is responsible for directing the business affairs of Kennedy Capital Management. Don also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Don began his investment career in 1993 and served as Director of Research at Delaware Investments and prior to that as an investment analyst at Conseco and WR Huff. From 2002 until 2007, Don was a senior investment professional at Matador Capital Management. Don joined KCM in February 2007 as an analyst and later became Portfolio Manager in November 2007. Mr. Cobin earned a B.A. from Emory University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
