Previously, he was also a co-founder at Iron Capital, a Brazilian investment boutique, and a partner a Hashdex, a crypto index fund. Lawant holds a B.A. in electrical engineering from Sao Paulo’s University and a M.S. in management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Juan Leon is a researcher at Bitwise Asset Management with a focus on Crypto Equities. Before U.S. Global Investors, Juan was a Financial Analyst at Rackspace Technology, a leading end-to-end multicloud technology solutions company.
