Matthew D. Malone is Managing Director of Real Estate on the Investment Management team at FS Investments where he focuses on the growth and management of the firm’s real estate platform and first real estate fund, FS Credit Real Estate Income Trust.
Previously, Mr. Malone served as Head of Due Diligence at FS Investments, building the firm’s platform-wide due diligence team. Prior to joining the firm, he spent over eight years at Snyder Kearney LLC performing due diligence and research on a variety of alternative investments, including real estate investment trusts and business development companies, on behalf of independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. He finished his tenure at Snyder Kearney as a Partner.
