Ellen McCloskey Chenoweth is an Associate Investment Strategist for FlexShares Exchange Traded Funds. Ellen provides support for the development, implementation, and ongoing strategy for the firm’s ETF lineup across equities, fixed income and real assets. She is responsible for the creation of thought leadership, performance attribution and ongoing investment strategy in order to support the continued expansion of FlexShares Exchange Traded Funds.

Prior to joining the Investment Strategy Team, Ellen was a Business Development Associate with the FlexShares Sales and Servicing Team covering the New England Region. Ellen joined the FlexShares team from Invesco where she was an Internal Sales Associate covering mutual funds, unit investments trusts, and separately managed accounts. Ellen began her career as an Institutional Fund Accountant with Northern Trust.

Ellen is a graduate of Marquette University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She previously held her FINRA 7 and 63 and 66 licenses. Ellen is Level II candidate in the CFA Program.

Joe Tiralosi is the Head of Intermediary Sales Desks at Northern Trust Asset Management. He is responsible for leading a team that establishes Northern Trust Asset Management’s presence in the intermediary market in an effort to collaborate with clients and grow the firm’s brand.

Joe has over a decade of investment industry experience and has successfully built, developed and led sales teams across various products sets and channels including mutual funds, ETFs and separately managed accounts.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Joe spent over 9 years at Neuberger Berman in a similar role. He earned his BA from Baruch College and holds the FINRA series 6,7,63,65,and 24 securities licenses. Joe is a native of Brooklyn, NY and is a big Yankees and Giants fan.
