Marc is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Principal Portfolio Strategies, a specialized boutique that engages in the creation of asset allocation solutions. In this role, he is responsible for conducting research, assessing risk, and making relative value decisions relating to specific aspects of the Dynamic Outcome strategies. He has over 30 years of industry experience. Prior to his portfolio manager role, Marc was a Senior Relationship Manager for Principal Global Investors, where he represented portfolios to the largest and most sophisticated institutional clients at Principal Global Investors, with mandates spanning the equity, real estate, fixed-income, and currency asset classes. Before joining Principal®, he co-managed fixed-income general account assets for a group of privately held insurance companies. Marc received a MBA and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah. Marc has earned the right to use the Certified Investment Management Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations. |

Todd is a client portfolio manager for Principal Real Estate Investors, the dedicated real estate unit of Principal Global Investors. He oversees client portfolio management responsibilities for all REIT strategies, including client relations, new business development, and marketing. Todd is a participating member of the investment team and prior to his current role he spent 12 years as an analyst responsible for the research analysis of REIT securities. Todd joined the firm and the REIT team in 2006. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Northern Iowa. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. |

Todd is a managing director on the portfolio management team at Principal Real Estate Investors. He is the fund manager of the Principal Enhanced Property Fund, LP on which he has worked since its inception in 2004. Todd joined the firm in 2000. Previously he worked for Clark Retail Enterprises (Chicago) as an acquisition manager and Deloitte as a senior auditor. Todd received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 1994 and was an Elijah Watts Sells Award bronze medalist on the May 1994 CPA exam. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM). |

Paul Schieber is a tenured sales leader, a former top external wholesaler and a financial advisor. Paul’s career is committed to excellence, and he contributes a high level of integrity to Principal as well as a wealth of experience to the advisor community. Paul joined Principal after 11+ years with Lord Abbett as a Regional Manager and Director of Internal Sales. Prior to Lord Abbett, Paul was a wholesaler for AssetMark and started his career at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Consultant. Paul has a BS degree from the State University of New York – Binghamton. He is the holder of a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the Wharton School of Business and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designee from Fi360 to help advisors implement prudent processes into their own investment practices. |
