Steve Kurz is Partner and Head of Asset Management at Galaxy Digital. A member of Galaxy’s founding team, he launched and oversees its industry-leading asset management business. He also serves as a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Before joining the firm, he was a Co-Founder of Outer Realm VR, an enterprise focused immersive software company. Previously, he was a Principal and Head of Business Development at River Birch Capital, where he was responsible for raising over $1 billion in assets. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group. He started his career in the Fixed Income Division of Lehman Brothers. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.

Rene Reyna Rene Reyna Head of Thematic & Specialty Product Strategy Invesco

Rene Reyna is Head of Thematic and Specialty Product Strategy for the Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) and Indexed Strategies teams at Invesco. Mr. Reyna joined Invesco in 2010. Prior to his current role, he was head of Product Strategy and Development for Invesco’s Unit Trust business. He served as a Unit Trust product specialist prior to that role. Before joining the firm, Mr. Reyna was an investment representative with JPMorgan Chase. He has been in the financial services industry since 2005. Mr. Reyna earned a BS degree in financial planning and counseling from Purdue University. He is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) and holds the Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 66 registrations.

Robert J. Hughes is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Alerian and S-Network Global Indexes and is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product Development. As CCO, Hughes sets commercial priorities for the firm, leads client acquisition and retention, new product development and revenue growth. Hughes has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his previous role of Global Head of Sales at Alerian and S-Network, Hughes was responsible for all facets of the Alerian business development and distribution strategy. Before joining Alerian and S-Network, Hughes was the Global Head of Index and Advisor Solutions of Nasdaq, where he managed the global index licensing effort, ran the client services division, and oversaw the Dorsey Wright RIA distribution. He also served as Director of Business Development and National Sales Manager at CapitalBridge. Hughes holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a Monogram winner for the university’s nationally renowned football team, under the leadership of the legendary Lou Holtz.
