Dave Twardowski is the Head of Investment Strategy at Vise. He joined the company after leading various algorithmic trading and investment strategy initiatives at Avantis Investors and Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA) over the past decade. In these roles, Dave engaged in all aspects of the investment process, working closely with clients to build robust investment solutions. Dave also brings a wealth of engineering experience from his time as an engineer at General Electric Aviation and researcher for the NSA. He earned a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. He now resides in Los Angeles with his wife, son, and dog Matcha. |

Located in Austin, Thomas joined Vise from Dimensional Fund Advisors where he spent 8 years as a Regional Director working in the Global Client Group with Registered Investment Advisors and Enterprise relationships. Prior to this, Thomas spent time at KPMG in both their assurance and advisory practices working with financial services clients. A CFA charterholder and licensed CPA, Thomas received his Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas. |
