Brad Camden, CFA is a Senior Vice President and Director of Fixed Income Strategy for Northern Trust Asset Management in Chicago. Brad heads the taxable active long duration strategy team. He has oversight and portfolio management responsibilities across a variety of both active and passive strategies.

He is Chair of the Fixed Income Credit Strategy Committee and a member of the firm’s Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) and Investment Policy Committees (IPC).

Prior to joining Northern Trust Asset Management in 2005, Brad was a member of Northern’s Global Opportunities in Leadership Development (GOLD) program where he completed rotations in Tax Advantage Equity, Equity Research, and Fixed Income. Brad began his career with Northern Trust in 2002.

Brad received a B.A. degree in Economics from DePauw University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.

Jeff Sampson, CFA is a Senior Vice President responsible for the implementation of several Quantitative Strategies specializing in Quality Dividend Focus, Quality ESG, and Tax Advantaged Equity strategies for high net worth and institutional clients. Jeff is co-portfolio manager on the Northern Equity Income Fund (NOIEX) and the Northern U.S. Quality ESG Fund (NUESX). Prior to joining Global Equity Solutions in 2007, Jeff managed a division of account managers within the Wealth Management Group. Jeff received a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, and Organizational Behavior with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and the CFA Institute.

Michael Natale is responsible for establishing Northern Trust Asset Management’s presence in the intermediary market and driving the adoption of our investment expertise and strategies across North America.

An experienced investment industry professional, Michael has successfully built, developed and managed sales teams for more than a decade, focusing on diversity, process and qualitative results. He has experience across channels and products, including exchange-traded funds, mutual funds and managed solutions.

Previously, Michael spent seven years with Deutsche Bank and five years with Morgan Li where he managed and developed internal sales teams with more than 50 professionals.

Michael earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Stetson University (Deland, FL). He is a former professional golfer and a four-time Chicago City Amateur Champion. Michael holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses.
