Mr. Feldman has been the president and CEO of Feldman Equities since 1990. From 1997 until 1999, he was the founder of, and served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Tower Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT (NYSE: “TOW”). Mr. Feldman has been directly responsible for the management, development or acquisition of over 11 million square feet of real estate with an aggregate value of over $3 billion during a career spanning over 30 years in the commercial real estate business. Mr. Feldman’s primary focus over his career has been on the acquisition and redevelopment of turnaround real estate. |

Chris Ross currently serves as Vice President of Finance handling financial analysis and capitalization of prospective new acquisitions and development properties, as well as for the existing Feldman Equities portfolio. Prior to joining Feldman Equities, Chris served as Director of Acquisitions for both Cantor Funds and Forge Capital Partners to underwrite and acquire value-add office, retail, and multifamily properties. Earlier in his 18+ year commercial real estate career, Chris worked for MetLife Real Estate Investors in commercial mortgage originations, commercial property acquisitions, and asset management. Chris graduated with an AB degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Chris is a CCIM and a CRI designee. |
