Megan Fielding
Senior Director and Head of Strategic Partnerships, Responsible Investing

Megan is a member of the responsible investment team at TIAA Investments. She works with all lines of business in asset management and across the organization to develop and execute the business strategy for responsible investment, with an emphasis on education, marketing and distribution of ESG-focused funds and impact investments.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, she served as a consultant to impact investment funds and fintech entities, stemming from her tenure as head of investments and business development at MicroPlace, Inc. an Ebay subsidiary. Prior to joining MicroPlace in 2009, she held marketing, product development and investment consulting roles at banking institutions and asset management companies located in San Francisco and New York City.

Megan graduated with a B.A., cum laude, in Economics from Wheaton College and an M.A. in International Studies from the University of San Francisco. She holds the CIMA designation.

Christine Stokes
Managing Director and Head of DCIO Strategy
Nuveen

Christine is Managing Director and Head of DCIO Strategy at Nuveen focused on leading DCIO practice management and product strategy. She is responsible for integrating retirement regulation and public policy with evolving DC investment solutions, supported by a proprietary research and thought leadership agenda.

Christine has extensive experience in the investment industry andin defined contribution across all market segments, contributing to thought leadership and industry publications while frequently speaking at industry events. Prior to joining the firm, she was the head of multi-asset product at Voya Investment Management responsible for overseeing new product development, product management, product marketing and strategy across all distribution channels. In prior roles at AllianceBernstein, L.P., Christine developed and launched custom target date solutions, managed RFP teams and supported multi-asset product strategy. Christine began her career at MetLife Financial Services as a financial advisor.

Christine graduated with a B.A. from Fairfield University. She holds the Series 7 securities registration. Christine also serves on the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Associate Public Policy Committee, is an active board member of the NY Foundling (a 150 year old charity focusing on children in the NYC foster care and welfare system) and serves on the Board of Trustees for Mott Haven Academy Charter School.
