Andrew is an investment specialist and Partner in the Emerging Markets Strategy. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2011 as a graduate trainee and became a partner of the firm in 2023. Prior to joining the team in 2016, he spent time in various teams across the firm. Andrew is a CFA Charterholder and graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh in 2011. |

Paul is an investment specialist in the International Equities Strategy. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2022. Prior to joining Baillie Gifford, he worked for the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Abu Dhabi in their European Equities Team. He has a PhD in Molecular Biology and is also a CFA charter holder. |

Beatrice is an investment specialist in the International Equities Strategy, with responsibility for International Alpha. She joined Baillie Gifford in 2020 and spent five years as an investment analyst in our Smaller Companies, International Alpha and European Equities teams. Beatrice graduated MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford and BSc in Political Economy from King’s College London. |

Diana is an investment specialist for the Long Term Global Growth Strategy. She joined Baillie Gifford in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Diana was based between London and Paris, working on Wolseley’s European Graduate Programme and then spent seven years working at M&G Investments as an Investment Specialist for the M&G income funds. Diana completed her studies at Newcastle University and l’IEP Strasbourg, graduating BA (Hons) in French and Politics. |

Ben is an investment specialist for the US Equity Growth Strategy. He also Chairs the US Equity Growth Product Group and has been a member of the team since 2016. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2015. Before his career in finance, Ben was an Infantry Officer in the British Army for eight years. During his service, he completed two combat tours of Afghanistan. Prior to this, Ben spent four years working as a professional musician. Ben graduated with a Masters in International Development focusing on sustainable investing and a BMus (Hons) in Music, both from The University of Birmingham. |
