Lisa Langley is the President, CEO & Founder of Emerge. Lisa founded Emerge in January 2016 to provide distribution and marketing support for emerging asset managers. She has over 30 years of investment management industry experience. She was most recently featured as the Industry Icon in Wealth Professional. Prior to founding Emerge, Lisa has worked globally in the financial industry, she worked for over 20 years in Toronto where she was the President & COO of First Asset Advisory Services in Toronto, Canada where she raised over a billion dollars in assets and successfully sold the firm. She then went on to the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) where she was the Vice President of Member Services and following this made her way to Scotland where she was the Managing Director of Global Product Development for Alliance Trust. Lisa landed in Buffalo, NY as the Partner and CCO of Sandhill Investment Management, before founding Emerge. Having served in multiple executive roles in the product development and distribution sectors in the US, Canada, and UK, Lisa found it was time to take her expertise and start Emerge. Lisa graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a BA in Finance and later received her MBA from the Kellogg Schulich School of Business Executive MBA Program. Lisa is originally from Baltimore, Maryland now resides in Williamsville, NY and is an active member in her local church community. Most recently Lisa won CEO of the Year for her achievements with Emerge Canada Inc.
Richard Ryskalczyk Richard Ryskalczyk Chief Equity Analyst & Partner Sandhill Investment Management

Rick received his BS in Economics and Finance from Canisius College, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and receiving the Nelson D. Civello Award for Most Outstanding Graduate. Rick joined Sandhill after graduating Canisius in 2010 and went on to become a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2013. He now serves as Treasurer of the CFA Society of Buffalo. In addition, Rick is a mentor to students in the Golden Griffin Fund, a student-run investment portfolio at Canisius and a program that he graduated from. He is also a mentor for Say Yes Buffalo; a program that supports inner city economic development through giving grants to pay for college education.
