The one-hour session will cover the critical “ABC’s” of shareholder litigation, including:

  • Best practices and challenges of securities class actions (SCAs).
  • How can I use SCAs to attract new clients (and advisors) with this competitive edge?
  • How can I leverage SCAs to fulfill my fiduciary duties and to benefit my clients?
  • How can I effectively outsource SCAs without additional burdens to my team or clients?
  • How SCAs remain relevant for low risk, blue-chip stocks?
  • A review of current settlements and what is ahead for the rest of 2022, including how ESG and the COVID pandemic are impacting SCAs.
