Ivar Eilertsen is Global Business Head of ISS’ Securities Class Actions Services. Prior to joining ISS in January 2020, Ivar held senior leadership positions with leading firms such as Wilshire Associates, Broadridge, Thomson Financial (now Refinitiv, part of LSEG), and Information Mosaic. He has worked with large and small financial institutions on five continents and always tries to be understanding of clients’ business needs. He believes that he is successful only when his client is successful with their clients.
Ivar co-founded a securities class actions firm in 2013, which he subsequently sold, and has been involved with many early-stage financial services firms, including early entrants in the ETF and crypto currency markets. He was an Executive in Residence with a $20B private equity firm. |

With more than a decade of experience at ISS, Jeff works closely with many of the world’s leading asset managers, including high net work managers, to help deliver critical asset recovery solutions with a dual goal of maximizing settlement recoveries and mitigating risk. Jeff is managing editor of all thought leadership, overseeing the production of webinars, white papers, reports, and a newly created client update, “This Week in Securities Class Actions.”
Jeff is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences on the complex topic of global securities litigation with recent appearances across the United States, Europe, and Australia. Jeff is also a contributor to the press with his expert commentary featured in Reuters, Fortune Magazine, Bloomberg Law, Law360, and elsewhere. |

Craig Pfeiffer is the President & CEO of the Money Management Institute. Additionally, Craig is engaged in leadership roles across the financial services landscape, including as a Board Director and Lead Director for Westfield Group’s Ohio Farmers Insurance Company and Co-founder & Chair of the Advisory Board for RiskBridge Advisors.
Craig is a proven senior financial services executive, including 29 years with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and its predecessor firms. He transitioned from MSSB in 2012 where he was Vice Chairman and on the Executive Committee. Craig held a progression of senior positions including the National Sales Group with responsibility for marketing strategy and client communications, desktop technology, and brokerage-based banking. Additionally, he has been responsible for businesses including financial planning, retirement services, and corporate equity solutions. |
