Jay Hummel Jay Hummel CEO, AiK2; Partner Wealth Advisor Growth Network

Jay serves as CEO of AiK2 Insurance Services, with responsibilities as the general manager of the company. Jay also serves as the CEO of Wealth Advisor Growth Network (WAGN), a key partner to AiK2 Insurance Services. Prior to founding WAGN, Jay was a Senior Vice President and Head of American Century Investment’s Personal Financial Solutions Business. Jay was responsible for the strategic and executional oversight of teams serving 600,000 individual and small retirement clients with $40B in assets under management.

He is a former Managing Director of Envestnet, where he served as the Head of Strategic Initiatives and Thought Leadership. Wiley has published two of his books: Success and Succession and The Essential Advisor

Michael Bell Michael Bell Founder and Managing Director Primark Capital

Michael Bell is a Managing Director of Primark Capital, a private equity investment firm. Prior to Primark, Michael built, and was the CEO for a $12B RIA, managing more than 30 investment strategies and a $10B liquid alternative mutual fund complex that launched more than 50 alternative funds. Most recently he purchased, grew, and sold a family office-backed $6B RIA. Also, he specialized as a corporate finance attorney for Latham & Watkins and was a CPA for KPMG. He holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from West Virginia University.

Paul Barausky Paul Barausky Chief Distribution Officer Sealy Investment Securities, LLC

Paul Barausky is the Chief Distribution Officer at Sealy Investment Securities, LLC, a recognized leader in acquiring, developing, and redeveloping industrial/flex, regional distribution warehouses, and other industrial properties. Prior to Sealy, he served multiple roles at Stira Capital Markets Group, most recently as Senior Vice President, National Sales, where he developed, managed, and executed an organizational strategy for all of Steadfast Companies’ privately placed and publicly registered investment programs. Before that, he held roles at Oak Star Partners, LLC; Hays Advisory Group, LLC; Aurora Associates; Lincoln Financial Services; and Planco Financial Services. He is a graduate of Penn State University.

Todd Battaglia Todd Battaglia President and CEO MG&A Wealth

Todd left his hometown of Rochester, NY in January of 1999 to join Meg Green & Associates as President of the Investment Management Division. In 2002, Todd became a Partner and now serves as President and CEO of the firm. In this role, Todd oversees all the investment programs and works closely with the investment managers that the firm engages for our clients’ portfolios. His specialization in portfolio design and investments allows Meg Green & Associates to manage and invest portfolios for a wide array of clients. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Rochester and also brings many years of experience as a money manager and advisor in upstate New York.

Gregg Sartorius Gregg Sartorius Managing Director Kore Insurance & AiK2

Gregg B. Sartorius has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has held senior positions in some of the largest firms in the industry, including AIG, Aon, and Marsh & McLennan. Currently, Mr. Sartorius is a Managing Director at Kore Insurance Holdings, leading their Financial Services practice. Kore is an industry leading independent insurance brokerage firm, focused on protecting businesses and private clients by offering a broad spectrum of service and solutions. In Mr. Sartorius’ current role, he manages a team that focuses on management and professional liability products, as well as places insurance coverage for firms including AiK2 and K2 placements.
