Alisa Maute

Alisa Maute, CIMA®, CAIA, is the Head of U.S. Distribution at WisdomTree Asset Management. Alisa develops and implements the strategic distribution plans, cultivates strategic partnerships and manages the WisdomTree U.S. Distribution team. Prior to her current role, Alisa was a Regional Director for the firm for seven years. Her responsibilities included identifying and cultivating important relationships across the financial and investment advisor community, ranging from broker-dealers, RIAs and family offices to emerging opportunities in the ETF strategist and bank trust sub-channels. Her 17 years of investment management experience include sales leadership, strategy and execution, portfolio consultation and business development.

Prior to joining WisdomTree, Alisa was Vice President and Regional Sales Manager at Van Kampen Investments, where her responsibilities included strategic planning, organization and oversight for the division and management of 20 sales consultants. She began her career at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Alisa is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. She holds an MBA from DePaul University, where she graduated with honors, and a BBA from the University of Iowa. She is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association, the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and Women in ETFs.

Kurt MacAlpine
Executive Vice President, Head of Global Distrubution
WisdomTree Asset Management

Kurt MacAlpine joined WisdomTree as Executive Vice President – Head of Global Distribution in July 2015. Prior to joining WisdomTree, Kurt was employed at McKinsey & Company between May 2006 and June 2015 in a variety of consulting roles. Kurt was elected as a Partner of McKinsey & Company in April 2013 and was the Leader of the North American Asset Management Practice. While at McKinsey & Company, Kurt managed global consulting teams in the asset management and wealth management industries on topics related to distribution, marketing, product development, international expansion, strategy and M&A. He has extensive experience working with domestic and foreign firms in North America, Asia and Europe.

Kurt is originally from Canada and received his MBA from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and his Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Tom Skrobe
Head of Client Solutions
WisdomTree Asset Management

Tom joined WisdomTree in early 2017 to lead Client Solutions. Our Client Solutions Platform is designed to help Advisors grow their business and provide better investment outcomes for their clients. Prior to joining WisdomTree, Tom spent 17 years at BlackRock in a variety of senior roles including Head of Retirement, Head of Defined Contribution Distribution and Head of Product Development and Management.

Tom has a BBA from Baruch College.
