Steve Kurz is the Global Head of Asset Management at Galaxy and a member of Galaxy’s founding team. In addition, Steve is a member of the firm’s management committee and serves as chair of the ESG Steering Committee. Before joining the firm, he Co-founded Outer Realm, an enterprise focused immersive software company (sold in 2022). Previously, he was a Principal and Head of Business Development at River Birch Capital, where he led global capital formation efforts. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, where he held strategy, product specialist, and capital formation roles in New York and Singapore. He started his career as a Capital Markets Analyst in the Fixed Income Division of Lehman Brothers. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University. He also serves as a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. |

Christopher Rhine, CFA is Head of Single Manager Active overseeing Asset Management’s liquid active crypto strategies. Christopher brings over 20 years of investment experience to Galaxy, most recently at Cohen & Steers where he served as Head of Thematic Strategies, including Digital Infrastructure, Global Logistics, and Sustainable Resources strategies. He was also Head of Natural Resource Equities and a Portfolio Manager on the Global Listed Infrastructure team. Prior to Cohen & Steers, Christopher worked at BlackRock as an analyst and Portfolio Manager on the firm’s Global Opportunities team. He has an MBA from New York University and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Drexel University. |

Andy Murphy is a Product Specialist for Galaxy Asset Management. Prior to joining Galaxy, Andy spent 4 years at AQR Capital Management as a Business Development Associate. Before that, Andy worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. |
