In the role of Senior Vice President, ETF Senior Product Specialist, Mike provides strategic leadership for Ultimus’ growing ETF business. He provides support to critical areas such as product development, operations and business development. Mike joined Ultimus in 2021.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Mike held senior management roles with JPMorgan Chase Bank and State Street Bank and Trust Company where he managed ETF product and technology, strategic business line development, and daily operations covering custody and fund accounting services for mutual funds, ETFs, and complex fund structures.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College. He began working in the financial services industry in 1987.

JoAnn is a partner and chair of the Investment Management practice group. Her practice focuses on the representation of registered funds, including ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end funds and interval funds, private funds, and registered investment advisers. She works with a broad spectrum of clients, from large, well established fund complexes to entrepreneurial investment advisers registering unique “first to market” funds. With over 20 years’ experience in private practice, she has the depth of experience necessary to identify issues, solve problems, and enable clients to achieve their business objectives.

Vineeta Raketich Vineeta Raketich Chief Administrative Officer Kovitz Investment Group

Vineeta currently serves as the Vice-President of Operations wherein her responsibilities include developing and implementing effective and efficient processes and systems that span the organization. She also manages the Client Service Team which is responsible for providing exceptional service and operational excellence to all the clients. Additionally, she is a Project Leader for major organizational projects, strategic initiatives and M&A integrations. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the Risk Management Committee, leveraging her experience in evaluating business processes and risks that support the firm’s Risk Management Infrastructure.

Prior to joining Kovitz, Vineeta was Managing Director of Global Operations and Client Relations at Harris Associates LP, and Vice-President of the Oakmark Funds. During her lengthy tenure at Harris Associates she served in a variety of roles that helped her broaden her knowledge of Investment Operations, this enabled her to develop a culture of providing outstanding service to Harris’ global client base. At Harris she was active in several company-wide committees which focused on risk management, business development, audit, data governance, and other operational practices.

Vineeta holds a B.S. (Finance) and M.S. (Taxation) from DePaul University and is licensed with FINRA under Series 7 and 63. She is Board Chair for LEARN Charter School Network that has 11 associated schools in Chicago and Washington D.C. In her free time Vineeta loves traveling the globe, exploring the Chicago restaurant scene, and spending time with family and friends in Southwest Michigan.

Mike is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 25 years in business development, relationship management, sales and marketing, and futures and equity trading.

Throughout his executive career, he has held positions with US Bank Global Fund Services, Zacks Investment Management, Claymore ETFs [now part of Invesco], Jane Street Capital, and as an independent futures trader on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade. He also serves as Chairman and Trustee of ETF Series Solutions, a 1940 Act ETF trust.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Illinois State University.
