Ms. Aldrich is the head of global marketing at StepStone Private Wealth, where she is responsible for setting marketing strategy for the firm and its funds. Prior to StepStone Private Wealth, Ms. Aldrich served as the President of BA Consulting where she trained rising and senior executives across the globe on the tenets of outperformance. Before that, she held a variety of senior executive positions in marketing, human resources, corporate strategy, sales, financial education, and operations at Vanguard, Principal Financial, FS Investments and Private Advisor Group.

Ms. Aldrich has received accolades for her contributions to the financial services industry and non-profit work, including being named to the inaugural 2023 Investment News Hotlist, was the inaugural recipient of the Jamie E. Depeau Leadership Award, and recipient of the Ivy College of Business Women in Business Inspiration Award.

Ms. Aldrich received a B.B.A. in Finance from Iowa State University and an MBA, Alpha Iota Delta, from St. Joseph’s University. She currently serves as the Board Chair of the Ivy College of Business Women in Business, is a board member at St. Elizabeth Parish School, and a prior President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the FCS and member of the Philadelphia Go Red for Women Executive Council.
