Cliff Corso serves as the President and Chief Investment Officer of AAM. He joined the firm in 2021, bringing a 35-year reputation for strategic leadership and his deep understanding of the financial markets. He works to create innovative investments and services that meet today’s growing demand for income-focused solutions, further supporting AAM’s mission to empower financial professionals to succeed.

Prior to AAM, Cliff was founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Cutwater Asset Management, a fixed income specialist boutique. Prior to Cutwater, Cliff served as a senior multi-sector fixed income portfolio manager at Alliance Capital Management and has also served as a credit analyst, lender, restructuring specialist and trader throughout his career.

Cliff is regularly sought after for his market views by Bloomberg, Barron’s, CNBC and Fox Business News. Mr. Corso graduated from Yale University with a degree in economics and earned an MBA from Columbia University. He currently holds Series 3, 7, 24, and 63 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Jason Breaux Jason Breaux Managing Director Crescent Capital

Jason Breaux is a Managing Director & Chairman, Crescent Private Credit Income Corp (CPCI). Mr. Breaux serves as the Chair of the Board of CPCI. Mr. Breaux serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CCAP. Mr. Breaux also serves as the Chairman of Crescent Cap Advisors, LLC’s investment committee. In addition, Mr. Breaux is a Managing Director of Crescent within private credit and is a member of Crescent’s Management Committee. Prior to joining Crescent in 2000, he worked at Robertson Stephens where he served in the mergers and acquisitions group. Prior to that, he worked in the Corporate Finance Division of Salomon Brothers specializing in raising assignments. Mr. Breaux received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA from Georgetown University.

Mark Du Four Mark Du Four Managing Director Crescent Capital

Mark du Four is a Managing Director and Head of Private Capital Markets at Crescent Capital Group LP. He is responsible for sourcing middle market lending opportunities and providing capital markets and syndication capabilities across the Crescent platform. Prior to joining the team, Mr. du Four was Head of Capital Markets and a member of the Operating Committee at NewStar Financial. Mr. du Four has over 30 years of below investment grade experience and has held senior level roles in capital markets and originations at FleetBoston, BMO and Chase. Mr. du Four began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. du Four received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his BS from Virginia Tech.
