Xueming joined Deutsche Asset Management in 1998 with 5 years of industry experience. Prior to his current role, Xueming served in Portfolio Management for Multi Asset, Total Return and Global Fixed Income. Previously, he was an Analyst for Emerging Markets. Before joining, Xueming worked as an Emerging Market Analyst at the Research Institute of the University of Duisburg-Essen. He has his degree in Forestry and Economics and PhD in Econometrics from University of Freiburg; Habilitation at University of Witten/Herdecke. |

Rob joined the Deutsche Asset Management in 2015 with 9 years of industry experience. Prior to joining, Robert served as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia Business School. Previously, he worked as an economist at the UK Treasury. Before that, he was a bond, commodities and equity trader. Rob has his BA in Classics from University College London; Diploma in Accounting & Finance from London School of Economics; MBA in Finance & Economics from Columbia Business School; MSc in Applied Statistics from Oxford University; Investment Management Certificate (IMC); Financial Risk Manager (FRM). |

Luke Oliver, Head of U.S. ETF Capital Markets for Deutsche X-trackers, is one of the founding members of the U.S. business, joining in 2009. In this capacity Luke has been a prominent member of the team that manages 40 exchange traded products and $14bn in assets under DBX Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor. Mr. Oliver’s responsibilities have included portfolio management, product development and is now focused on running capital market liquidity for the growing U.S. business. Prior to joining the DBX business in 2009, Mr. Oliver worked in Deutsche Bank’s award winning Foreign Exchange business in both London and New York. |

Alan joined Deutsche Asset Management in 2014 with 3 years of industry experience. Prior to his current role, Alan served as internal wholesaler. Before joining, he was a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial. Alan has his BA in Economics from The University of Minnesota. |
