Ron is a 25-year veteran of the equity markets as well as the REIT space. Since 2009 Ron has served as the Industry Lead for the listed real estate sector at the NYSE. Ron manages senior level relationships with REIT leadership teams providing guidance on trading, market structure, compliance, regulation, and investor relations. Prior to this role Ron spent 12 years on the trading floor of the NYSE as a Designated Market Maker with Bear Stearns Specialist. Ron received his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University.

Previously, Mr. Valoy was Director of Corporate Finance for Wynn Resorts based in Macau, as a member of the finance team that established Wynn in China in 2006. He started his career as a legal assistant in the corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions groups with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Hong Kong.
