Amir Vardi Amir Vardi Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, Head of Structured Credit UBS Asset Management Credit Investments Group

Amir Vardi is a Managing Director of UBS Asset Management. Mr. Vardi is a Portfolio Manager and the Head of Structured Credit for CIG, which he joined in 2008. His responsibilities include managing portfolios of structured products as well as overseeing the CLO issuance activities for CIG. Mr. Vardi began his career in leveraged finance research – portfolio strategy at Credit Suisse First Boston, which he joined in 2004. Subsequent to his work in that group, Mr. Vardi was a founding member of the Leveraged Finance Strategy and Portfolio Products team at Credit Suisse.

Mr. Vardi received his B.S. and B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated summa cum laude from a dual degree program. Mr. Vardi is a member of the Structured Credit Forum.

Eileen Liu-Baumert Eileen Liu-Baumert Executive Director UBS Asset Management Credit Investments Group

Eileen Liu-Baumert joined the Credit Investments Group (CIG) in 2016 and is Head of US Client Portfolio Management. Prior to joining CIG, Ms. Liu-Baumert worked in various product specialist and development roles within Credit Suisse Asset Management. She has been with the firm since 2008. She began her career in finance at Lightyear Capital, a middle market financial services private equity firm, in a Marketing and Investor Relations capacity. She received her M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. in Individualized Study from the Gallatin School at New York University.
