David Mazza leads the sales support and marketing efforts for the firm’s smart beta products and solutions. In this role, he helps drive strategic and sustainable growth for the firm’s Beta Solutions platform, developing product and market insights to provide actionable solutions for clients. He joined the firm from State Street Global Advisors, where he led ETF and mutual fund research.

Mo Haghbin is the Head of Product within OppenheimerFunds’ Beta Solutions business. He is responsible for leading research and development of new investment solutions, including Smart Beta ETFs. He joined the firm from BlackRock where he was most recently the Head of Business Management for the US Fundamental Fixed Income Team.
