Now On Demand.

Key developments in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and battery technology occur each week around the world. Investors are seeking to learn more about and capitalize on the growth of these industries. Join us for an in-depth discussion on the investment opportunities in these market segments. Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Blockchain technology and its most prominent applications today – cryptocurrency and decentralized finance (DeFi) – are growing in their acceptance and usage by mainstream industries. We will discuss the portfolio benefits and risks associated with this technology and the various publicly-traded securities available to invest in today. Joining the discussion is Michael Venuto, CIO & Co-Founder of Toroso Investments, and Portfolio Manager of the first and largest actively-managed blockchain ETF, BLOK. Battery Technology Advanced battery technology companies are key to clean energy initiatives, including electric vehicles, renewable energy and efficient energy storage. As U.S. and global government attention and spending become more focused on efficient and renewable energy, we believe the battery market segment stands to benefit. We will discuss the various battery metals, technologies and demand drivers for this market segment, as well as the Amplify Lithium & Battery Technology ETF (BATT).

Carefully consider the Funds’ investment objectives, risk factors, charges, and expenses before investing. This and additional information can be found in the Funds’ statutory and summary prospectus, which may be obtained by calling 855-267-3837, or by visiting AmplifyETFs.com. Read the prospectus carefully before investing. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV), may trade at a discount or premium to NAV and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns. Narrowly focused investments typically exhibit higher volatility. A portfolio concentrated in a single industry, such as companies actively engaged in blockchain technology or battery technology, makes it vulnerable to factors affecting the companies. The Funds may face more risks than if it were diversified broadly over numerous industries or sectors. Blockchain technology may never develop optimized transactional processes that lead to realized economic returns for any company in which the Fund invests. The Fund will invest at least 80% of the Fund’s net assets in equity securities of companies actively involved in the development and utilization of blockchain technologies. BATT invests in securities that are issued by and/or have exposure to, companies primarily involved in the metals and mining industry. Investments in metals and mining companies may be speculative and subject to greater price volatility than investments in other types of companies. Amplify ETFs are distributed by Foreside Fund Services, LLC.
