AI is not just another technology capex story but rather becoming one of the largest infrastructure investment supercycles in modern history. Nearly $7 trillion of investment may be required by 2030, with the scale of spending increasingly spilling from hyperscalers into data centers, chip financing and semiconductors, utilities and power and industrial equipment, and capital markets. As capex projections from hyperscalers continue to increase, the epicenter of financing this cycle stands in public investment grade bond markets, but spans across private credit, leveraged finance, and securitized markets. In this webinar, we will examine the trends of AI-related capex and issuance, its impact on inflation and economic growth, and why it makes sense to leverage active fixed income managers to capitalize on opportunities and avoid potential risks.
