Covid-19 reset the bar for pricing and terms in the private credit markets. Keystone is launching its 10th private credit fund on July 1st to capitalize on the shortage of capital in the private credit markets right at the time when strong private companies need it most. Keystone will continue to execute its asset-focused approach to senior lending through a fund designed specifically for RIA’s and their clients. John Earl John Earl Co-Founder of Keystone and a Managing Partner Keystone National Group

Mr. Earl is a co-founder of Keystone and a Managing Partner of the firm. He is active in investment selection, due diligence, and the general management of the firm. Over the past 12 years, Mr. Earl has led the execution of more than 250 direct transactions. Mr. Earl was previously a senior investment banker with Lehman Brothers. While at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Earl was active in evaluating and executing a broad variety of direct investment opportunities and monetization strategies including initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, recapitalizations and company sale transactions and advised several of the most globally-prominent private equity firms on matters of leveraged finance and other capital transactions. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Earl held previous investment banking and structured finance positions at Dillon, Read & Co., Inc. and Credit Suisse.

Brad Allen Brad Allen Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel Keystone National Group

Mr. Allen is the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Keystone. Mr. Allen is responsible for Keystone’s accounting and legal affairs. He also oversees the firm’s financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Allen was a corporate securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California. There he represented public and private companies on corporate governance initiatives, and in a broad range of corporate transactions, including venture capital, private equity investments, secured lending, mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings. Mr. Allen previously managed the financial reporting and accounting affairs of an elite language, technology, and localization service provider. Mr. Allen is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California, and is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Allen holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Marriott School of Management, as well as a J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law, both from Brigham Young University.
