Michael Gaviser joined KKR in 2012 and is a member of the Client and Partner Group. He leads the firm’s global efforts for registered products, where he focuses on fundraising, new products, marketing, and distribution. Prior to joining KKR, he spent fifteen years at Alliance Bernstein serving in several roles, including Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Alternative Sales and Client Development for the institutional, retail and private client channels. He was also head of international equities sales in London and head of large market sales for Sanford C. Bernstein. Mr. Gaviser earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School. |

Eric Bundonis has served as Portfolio Manager and Director of Research and Sourcing since 2014. His responsibilities include portfolio management, manager sourcing, research, and due diligence across a wide variety of alternative strategies. Eric brings over 13 years of alternative investment experience. From February 2012 to November 2014, he served as Vice President, Co-director of Research and Investments of the adviser. From July 2009 to January 2012, he served as Vice President, Senior Research Analyst for Altegris. Prior to joining Altegris in 2009, Eric was an Associate at OneCapital Management Partners in New York. As a member of OneCapital’s Investment Committee, he was responsible for identifying, selecting, and monitoring investments for multi-manager funds of hedge funds serving institutional and high-net-worth investors. Prior to joining OneCapital, Eric conducted due diligence on prospective and existing alternative investments at Auda Advisor Associates in New York. Eric graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in history and attended the Post-Baccalaureate Program in business at Columbia University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. |

Thomas L. Bode is dedicated to developing long-term relationships with his clients and their families. He focuses on providing clear explanations to complicated financial planning strategies, and provides up-to-date information in a way that is easy to understand. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), who has also earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation, as well as a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, Tom has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 31, 63, and 65 licenses in addition to numerous insurance licenses. Tom is a proud graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to establishing his own firm, Tom was responsible for the annual completion and review of over 200 individual tax returns for high net worth clients of Price Waterhouse – Milwaukee and New York. Tom then specialized as a Personal Financial Services Manager at Price Waterhouse – Chicago, where he prepared and presented tailored financial planning workshops to clients including Amoco, Caterpillar, Kellogg’s, and the University of Chicago. He is an active member of the Personal Financial Planning Division of the American Institute of CPAs. |

Kirk Strawn has over 27 years of experience, and is currently Senior Vice President and National Director of Intermediary Relationships for Altegris Investments. Previously, Kirk was responsible for the design, development and servicing of Man Investments Group’s national intermediary network, a position he held for more than eight years. Prior to Man Investments, Kirk was Managing Director of Institutional Marketing and Sales at ING Furman Selz Capital Management. At ING, he was responsible for raising capital for a variety of asset classes and managing the account executive team for the separate managed account platforms serving broker-dealers. Kirk began his career at Lehman Brothers in New York, where he provided financial services to institutional accounts, hedge funds, and private investors. Kirk graduated Cum Laude from George Washington University with a BBA in Finance. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) by the Investment Management Consulting Association and a CFA® charterholder. |
