With more than 26 years of experience in real estate investment and operations, Dwight has led Bonaventure through multiple market cycles. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to manage $2.9 billion in assets and 9,192 units.

Dwight’s expertise spans capital formation, joint ventures, and strategic structuring, with a focus on tax-efficient investment solutions and long-term value creation.
