David is an equity portfolio manager of large-cap value portfolios at Boston Partners. Previously, he was an equity analyst with the firm, specializing in energy, engineering and construction, and metals and mining. Prior to joining Boston Partners in 2016, he was a portfolio manager of a global energy hedge fund at Loomis Sayles, where he also served as an equity analyst covering the energy, materials, and industrials sectors. Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in 2005, he was a consultant relations coordinator at MFS Investment Management. David earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.S. from Brandeis University, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |

Soyoun is an equity portfolio manager with Boston Partners, where he is on the firm’s global sustainability team and also serves as an equity analyst, specializing in developed non-U.S. equities in the industrials, materials, and transportation sectors. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Soyoun was a managing director at ThornTree Capital with responsibility for its global industrials long/short portfolio. Prior to that, he was a managing director at Bain Capital, where he co-managed its global industrials long/short portfolio. He began his investing career at Bain Capital in its North American private equity practice. Before transitioning to an investment career, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Soyoun earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.Sc. in clinical medicine from Oxford University, and an A.B. in biochemical sciences from Harvard College. |
