Mr. Torrey is a Portfolio Manager in the High-Yield Credit Group. Mr. Torrey joined New York Life Investments in 2006 and is responsible for the management of non investment-grade assets including floating rate loans and high-yield bonds. He is also a portfolio manager on all floating rate loan mandates including retail mutual funds, institutional accounts and CLOs. Prior to joining New York Life Investments, Mr. Torrey was a portfolio manager and investment analyst for Carlyle High-Yield Partners. He was also a corporate relationship manager for Fleet Securities, as well as corporate banker with Credit Agricole/Indosuez and ABN-AMRO Bank. Mr. Torrey received a B.S.B.A. from the University of Denver. He has 24 years of investment experience. |

Mr. Ra is an Investment Analyst in the High-Yield Credit Group. Mr. Ra joined New York Life Investments in 2008 and is responsible for sector-specific investment analysis and fundamental credit research for non investment-grade assets including floating rate loans and high-yield bonds. Prior to joining New York Life Investments, Mr. Ra was a senior associate in leveraged finance for Hypo-Vereinsbank. He was also an investment analyst for General Electric Capital Corp and Bank of America Securities. Mr. Ra received a B.A. from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. He has 17 years of investment experience. |

Adam Schrier is a Director of Product Management at New York Life Investments, covering fixed income strategies with a focus on non-investment grade debt. Previously, he worked as a Product Manager for high yield and emerging market debt at Invesco in New York. Adam began his career in investment management at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where he was a Senior Associate on the Portfolio Manager Support team. Adam earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University. He is a CFA charterholder and certified FRM. |
