David Grazioli joined USRA in 2007 and was promoted to Partner in 2014 and became Managing Partner in 2022. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operating and investment activities. In this role, Mr. Grazioli is involved in originating, structuring, underwriting, financing, and closing acquisitions and dispositions of net lease investments.

During his tenure at USRA, Mr. Grazioli has originated and closed over $4 billion of corporate sale-leasebacks, build-to-suit, renovate-to-suit, and ground lease transactions. In addition to acquisitions, Mr. Grazioli coordinates lending relationships for USRA.

Prior to joining USRA, Mr. Grazioli worked in acquisitions for Unison Site Management, a leading wireless infrastructure owner and manager.

Mr. Grazioli is a graduate of the School of Management at Boston College (Bachelors of Science, Accounting and Finance).
