Bill Spera is a Director of Market Research for Fidelity Institutional, the business within Fidelity that offers financial professionals and institutions access to the products, services, and investments they need to service their clients and grow their businesses. This includes investment and technology solutions, clearing and custody services, and institutional trading.

Fidelity Investments is a diversified financial services firm that makes financial expertise broadly accessible to people investing their life savings, businesses managing their employee benefits and advisors investing their clients’ money. Since 1946, Fidelity has been helping people live the lives they want through its customer-centered approach, innovative technology and investment solutions.

In his role, Bill oversees and manages both advisor and investor market research pertaining to Thought Leadership as well as go-to-market strategies for new technologies. He and his team are responsible for research studies that generate content for Thought Leadership publications.

Bill has been at Fidelity since November 2015. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Spera was a consultant with Trinity Partners, a pharmaceutical industry research and consulting company. At Trinity Partners, Bill developed and executed qualitative and quantitative research for new and existing pharmaceutical products, primarily focused on defining or enhancing their value proposition. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Spera worked in the financial services and pharmaceutical sectors for The Forbes Consulting Group, a research-based consulting firm. Previous to that, Mr. Spera worked at Abt Associates, a research-based consulting company in Cambridge MA, as well as Mercer Management Consulting, a business consulting firm in Lexington, MA.

Mr. Spera received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He has also begun work on a Masters in Social Psychology.

Connor Sung, CFP® Connor Sung, CFP® Manager, Practice Management & Consulting eMoney Advisor

Connor currently manages eMoney’s Financial Planning Practice Management and Consulting team. In his current position he manages and provides escalated support to clients primarily by transforming their technology platform and financial planning process to increase efficiency, drive growth, and create new, and more, planning-led user experiences. He also serves as a product expert and a resource for all internal departments.

Connor attended James Madison University, joining in eMoney in 2013. He earned his CFP® designation in 2016. He loves spending time with his family and friends in Philadelphia, and enjoys staying active by golfing, snowboarding, playing hockey, and playing with his goldendoodle, Nala.
