Dr. Anderson serves as President of Griffin Capital Asset Management Company and is a founding principal of both Griffin Capital Advisor and Griffin Capital Credit Advisor, the SEC registered investment advisers to both the Griffin Institutional Access Real Estate Fund and Griffin Institutional Access Credit Fund. Dr. Anderson is an industry thought leader and is known for sharing his investment insights at leading events and in the media. He has provided economic commentary for prominent financial news outlets, most notably CNBC, TheStreet, Fox Business News and Bloomberg Radio. Previously, Dr. Anderson held several senior executive positions at Bluerock Real Estate LLC, including founding partner of the Bluerock Total Income + Real Estate Fund where he was the Portfolio Manager. Prior to Bluerock, Dr. Anderson was a founding partner of Franklin Square Capital Partners. Dr. Anderson also served as the Chief Economist and a Division President for CNL Real Estate Advisors, as the Chief Economist and Director of Research for the Marcus and Millichap Company where he served on the Investment Committee, and as Vice President of Research at Prudential Real Estate Advisors. |

Mr. Carlino joined Bain Capital Credit in 2002. He is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in Liquid Credit. Prior to his current role, Mr. Carlino was responsible for investments in the Airlines, Aerospace & Defense, and Homebuilding & Building Product sectors. Previously, Mr. Carlino was a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group where he worked on engagements in the Healthcare, Software and Retail Banking sectors. He also spent five years in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer. |

Mr. Betty joined Bain Capital Credit in 2007. He is a Managing Director and Global Head of Bain Capital Credit Investor Relations and Business Development. Previously, Mr. Betty was a Vice President at Loomis, Sayles & Co. where he spent seven years in institutional sales and client relationship management with a focus on the corporate pension fund and endowment & foundation markets. Prior to that, he was a Vice President and Relationship Manager at Fidelity Investments in their Institutional Asset Management division. |
