Jay McAndrew is a Vice President, National Sales Manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. In this role, he oversees the strategic beta sales team. Prior to joining one of Columbia Threadneedle legacy firms in 2010, Mr. McAndrew was a regional manager at AllianceBernstein. Mr. McAndrew started his career in the financial services industry in 1992 at UBS, where he served in various client-facing roles. Mr. McAndrew received his B.S. in finance from The Pennsylvania State University. |

Edward Kerschner is Chief Portfolio Strategist at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. He joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 2013 as Vice Chairman and in 2015 was named Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Kerschner is responsible for developing investment ideas, investment themes, and asset allocation recommendations for various investment areas within the firm; as well as representing Columbia Threadneedle Investments in the marketplace by attending conferences, holding speaking engagements and promoting investment strategies. Mr. Kerschner has been a member of the investment industry since 1974 and has held a number of senior strategy roles, including: Chief Investment Strategist and Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee at PaineWebber, Chief Global Strategist for UBS Investment Research, Chief Investment Officer for Citi Investment Research, Chief Investment Strategist for Citi Global Wealth Management, Senior Strategy Consultant to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and a member of the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Global Investment Committee. Since 2001, Mr. Kerschner has been an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. He received a B.S. from the New York University School of Engineering and Science and an M.B.A. from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. |

Gene Tannuzzo is a senior portfolio manager and deputy global head of fixed income at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. He is involved in the management and oversight of the firm’s fixed income business in North America and EMEA. He joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2003 and moved into the role of portfolio manager in 2007. In this role, he leads the fixed-income asset allocation committee and serves as lead portfolio manager for the Strategic Income and Income Builder strategies. He is also a member of the portfolio management team for Core and Core Plus strategies and institutional portfolios. Prior to this, he was a member of the municipal bond team. Mr. Tannuzzo received a BSB. and MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. In addition, he holds Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. |
