Don Hays, former rocket scientist and Wall Street veteran who began his investing career in 1969, is the founder of Hays Advisory. He founded the company as a market research firm in 1999 and was joined by his two sons Jeff and Keith Hays along with Mark Dodson in 2001. It was at this time that the switch from a market research firm into an asset management business began. Combined, the team at Hays has over 80 years of investment experience.
They have been practicing their tactical asset allocation model for years. This strategy is comprised of moving assets away from stocks when the risk is high and towards stocks when the risk is low in the early stages. They invest across multiple asset classes in order to provide regular returns for their clients.
